There will be many celebrities in Virginia as witnesses to the USD 100 million legal battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The long-delayed trial, which is set to begin next month, includes many A-listers who are expected to take a stand, including Vandavision star Paul Battney, James Franco and others as the trial begins in April.
Further, TMZ reported that court documents for the list of witnesses had been submitted, including the names of celebrities such as James Franco, Elon Musk and Paul Batney, as well as representatives of the Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Friends, family, lawyers and other associates of the Rum Diary co-stars who were briefly married will join the Virginia courtroom.

Heard was initially sued by Depp for USD 50 million. After both failed, the case was moved to California and dismissed following a UK defamation lawsuit, in which Aquaman Star countered her ex-husband for USD 100 million in September 2020.
Franco and Musk are allegedly on Amber’s list of witnesses. Earlier, according to TMZ, Johnny had alleged that he had an affair with everyone during his marriage. Speaking of actor Paul Bettney, the actor is known to have shared text messages about the herd with the Pirates of the Caribbean star. In an interview with The Independent, the Marvel Star revealed that Depp had “unpleasant feelings” after revealing his private text messages to him during a UK defamation case.
