#1. NASA launches Fltsatcom-3

   The launch of Fitsatcom took place at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The initial transfer orbit was at an inclination of 26.2 degrees. It had a periapsis of 171 km and an apoapsis of 3,524 km and an orbital period of 619 minutes.  

#2. Neil    Armstrong takes X-15 to 40,690m

 After a number of civilian tests by many at NASA, Neil Armstrong takes X-15 to 40,690m. But post this in April NASA civilian pilot Neil A Armstrong takes X-15 to 63,250 m  

#3. Ram Rahim Singh and two aides sentenced to life   

     Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh head of Dera Sacha Sauda and four others who were his aid were sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder of manager Ranjit Singh nearly two decades ago. Krishan Lal, Jasbir Singh, Avtar Singh and Sabdil are the 4 others. Ram Rahim will also pay a ₹ 31 lakh fine

More commonly known as M.G.R, Maruthur Gopala Ramachandran was an Indian politician, actor, philanthropist, and filmmaker who also served as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu from 1977 till his death in 1987. He was also the founder of AIADMK and mentor of J. Jayalalithaa.
