Also, Henry’s vehicle hit speeds of 156 mph before the crash. Henry was due for a December 16 evidence hearing on 2 felony driving under the influence charges. Each carries a mandatory prison time of 2 to 20 years if convicted, plus felony reckless driving and a misdemeanor weapon charge. Police said they discovered a loaded handgun in his wrecked sports car. The Raiders released Henry just hours after the crash.
